KIPPAX COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT FORUM (KCEF)
This page will in due course be introducing the formation and brief history of the Forum along with its policy on the development of Kippax Village as a thriving community.

It will also focus on work being carried out by the various parts of the Forum, such as
making Kippax a safer place for everyone, tidying up the village and surrounding areas, provision of amenities etc, and introduce some of its members who will hopefully give
their views occasionally. For details of dates and times of meetings of the various groups, please click here

The Kippax Newsletter is published by the Forum
As new ideas and suggestions come to light it is hoped these will be discussed both in the forum and also on the web site. Details of the structure of the Forum and it's subsidiary working parties will be published in due course.

Monthly meetings of the Environment Forum are usually held at the Methodist Church on
Chapel Lane just off the High Street. It is to be hoped that the latest Minutes of these meetings can be made available for inclusion on the Web at some point.

Kippax in Bloom is one of the Sub-Committees of the Forum and has been instrumental in helping to re-vitalise parts of the village by providing the voluntary effort to tidy up & remove rubbish from certain eyesore sites, and also by liasing with local Groundwork officers and Councillors to plant shrubs and flowers etc, in places where they look most effective.
